Atlanta development exposure camp July '07
Please consider this your invitation to participate in our Atlanta program. This exciting tour combines some key elements that are necessary for player’s development on and off the ice during the summer. Our program includes on and off ice training and assessment along with academic evaluations done face to face by NCAA division 1 academic advisors (players need to bring their transcripts). Last years very successful program saw players placed in Junior “A”, Empire Junior “B”, Eastern Junior League and various University programs. This year coaches / scouts will be on hand from the following programs:
Toronto Dixie Beehives Ontario Provincial Jr. “A”
Atlanta Thrashers NHL
Syracuse Stars Eastern Junior League
Syracuse Stars Empire Junior “B”
Alabama Huntsville NCAA Division 1
Kennesaw State University
Middle Tennessee State University
University of Georgia
We have also have added many leisure activities to this tour to allow players to unwind and enjoy being in an exciting part of North America. A comprehensive off ice fitness assessment will be made of each player and presented in a computer generated format to easily determine strengths and weaknesses. Please see below for the high lights of our program:
Transportation / Accommodation and Meals
Deluxe motor coach transportation to and from Toronto
Three meals a day while in Atlanta
Accommodation at the high end Homewood Suites walking distance from “The Cooler” Arena
On and Off Ice Training / Testing
A minimum of six and half hours of on ice training and high tempo game situations including one of two all star games on Sunday. The game featuring the Camp all stars vs. KSU was attended by over 600 fans last summer and was a very spirited affair.
Off ice training throughout the trip
Computer generated fitness analysis for each player through rigorous off ice testing methods run by Velocity Fitness
Leisure / Sight seeing
Beach time at Lake Lanear Georgia
Tour of Kennesaw State University home of several Division 1 Athletic Championships
Attendance at the Atlanta Braves / St. Louis Cardinals Baseball game
Pool party and Barbeque Sunday following All Star game Vs. KSU
Other
Players will be given a T-shirt and practice sweater
Guest speakers from various programs during the buffet on Saturday
Special hotel rates for parents that also wish to attend.

North Star NHL Predraft Tournament
North Star has been asked to enter a team in the NHL Pre-draft Tournament in Boston May 11 – 13. This prestigious Tournament is attended by not only NHL teams but NCAA schools as well and is an excellent way to showcase players who strive to reach the next level in their hockey careers.
This program includes the following:
- Return custom coach travel from Toronto
- 3 meals a day
- Accommodation
- 2 Practices prior to tournament
- T-Shirts and Game socks
Cost of this program is $650. The roster for this tournament is filling up quickly with high end Junior players from throughout North America.
